SITUATION AND MISSION: Mitchell has relayed crucial intelligence concerning Raven's Rock incursion on Auroa. FSB have solid leads that suggest Stone has joined forces with Russian ultra-nationalist groups, posing a serious threat. IMINT suggests that they are already stockpiling chemical weapons at multiple locations and planning a coordinated drone attack on the US. Millions of americans lives could be at stake. We will have to dismantle this new organisation by eliminating their leadership in order to get to Stone himself. Mitchell has sent us multiple target packages regarding Raven's Rock command structure. With no backup available due to congressional scrutiny, it's up to us to neutralize the HVTs, disrupt their operations at the core, and eradicate all weapon caches before they have the chance to execute their plan. Stepan Belevitch, codename: Manticore is the Drone and Logistics Expert of Raven's Rock. He is a former Russian Spetsnaz soldier specializing in drone tech. His early expertise was in aeronautical engineering and he quickly gained a reputation as an expert in drone employment technology. Russian GRU still uses his modifications to surveillance drones today. He is known to be extremely paranoid and wears an S-VEST to evade capture. Govoretski's expertise lies in camouflage, counter-detection, and overcoming U.S.-based radar and surveillance systems. He is deeply committed to the Russian State, viewing the current administration as insufficiently assertive in geopolitical matters. Renowned for his adeptness in creating logistical pathways, or "Ratlines," his work may have fostered disillusionment with his own nation's interests, making him susceptible to Raven's Rock recruitment efforts. Following his enlistment, Lissitzine disappeared from public view, displaying extreme paranoia even before his vanishing act. Known for his meticulous security measures, he never stayed in one location for long and guarded his sources with utmost secrecy, reportedly resorting to drastic measures, including eliminating subordinates believed to be compromised.

Anthony Barkley Jr., codenamed Sphinx, serves as the Hitman within the Wolves. A former Navy SEAL, Barkley's recruitment into the RET Teams came after being exonerated of war crime allegations, with all witnesses retracting their testimonies during his court martial. Stone intervened to secure Barkley's transfer to the Ghosts. After leaving the military, Barkley worked as a security consultant for major oil corporations in the Middle East. Cole Walker later enlisted Barkley into the Wolves. Barkley staunchly believes in Walker's ideals and is prepared to sacrifice his life to uphold his mentor's legacy. Assisting Stone in executing Operation Kingmaker is Barkley's tribute to Cole Walker.

Stone's background includes conducting covert operations for the CIA, especially unauthorized black operations, under the leadership of individuals like Platoon Leader Cole D. Walker. Rising to the rank of Major, Stone chose not to renew his commission after a decade of service, transitioning into the private sector. Events took a darker turn when he became involved with Sentinel PMC, ultimately leading to the full-scale invasion of Auroa, during which Stone imposed martial law and seized control of Skell Technology's advanced weaponry. HUMINT confirms he has directly ordered many executions and is accountable for various war crimes. After Walker's demise, Stone allied with Raven's Rock to orchestrate a significant terrorist strike within the United States: Operation Kingmaker. He is the commander and must be stopped at all costs. (edited)
